- Introduction : Les patients traités par anti TNF alpha ont un risque infectieux plus important que la population générale. Le vaccin de la grippe, bien toléré, permet de diminuer la gravité et la fréquence de la grippe dans cette population. Objectif : Evaluer la couverture vaccinale antigrippale nationale chez les patients sous anti TNF alpha et étudier les facteurs associés à une meilleure couverture vaccinale. Méthode : Etude épidémiologique de cohorte rétrospective utilisant l'échantillon généraliste des bénéficiaires (EGB) incluant les sujets traités par anti TNF alpha, âgés de 15 à 60 ans entre 2009 et 2016. Résultats : 713 sujets ont été inclus, la population vaccinée selon les recommandations était de 5,3%. 80,5% n'ont reçu aucun vaccin antigrippal. Conclusion : La couverture vaccinale antigrippale des patients sous anti TNF alpha en France est très faible. La systématisation de l'information par l'envoie de bon par la CPAM pourrait permettre d'améliorer la couverture vaccinale chez ces patients.

- Introduction: Patients treated by anti TNF alpha drugs have a higher risk of infection than the general population. The influenza vaccine, which is well tolerated, makes it possible to lower the severity and the frequence of influenza in this population. Objective: Evaluate the national influenza vaccine coverage of patients taking anti TNF alpha drugs and study the factors associated with a better coverage of the vaccine. Method: Retrospective epidemiological cohort study using the general sample of benefiters including subjects treated by anti TNF alpha drugs, aged from 15 to 60 years old between 2009 and 2016. Results: 713 subjects were included, the vaccinated population according to the recommendations was 5.3%. 80.5% hadn't received any influenza vaccine. Conclusion: The vaccine coverage of patients taking anti TNF alpha drugs in France is very low. The systematisation of the information by sending a form by the CPAM (french primary healthcare provider) could allow the vaccine coverage to be improved.
